DIY: Dressing Up Invitation Envelopes (Photo: rika)

June in Japan is rainy season . . . and the season of hydrangea.

I just wanted to share my DIY project of invitation envelopes for my client.

I used this inner-envelope-like pattern paper to dress up the simple baby blue envelope.

June in Japan is rainy season . . . and the season of hydrangea.

I just wanted to share my DIY project of invitation envelopes for my client.

I used this inner-envelope-like pattern paper to dress up the simple baby blue envelope.

I found this idea and pattern design on AISU WEDDING

All you need are a piece of paper, printer, ruler and cutter knife to make your original envelope.

You can download the pattern here (by AISU WEDDING):

1. Download the pattern. (PDF)
2. Cut it out.
3. Apply a small amount of glue to it.
4. Place it inside the envelope and done!

Invitation cards and envelopes designed by AISU WEDDING are simple and sophisticated. What I love most about it is that I can feel the warmth in their style.
